Dreams - Slough

Kate and Melissa at the Slough store were excellent. Customer focused, so nice and helpful. They stayed beyond the end of their shifts to help us out and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They really were so good that had I not received this survey I would have emailed directly. They were a credit to your store, your company and your brand.

I was looked after very well and explained about the different mattress’s

Firstly the staff didn’t pounce on us the minute we walked through the door. (I don’t like that) Instead they said, any questions/help...just say the word. So we were able to wander the store, once we had almost decided on our bed and mattress, they then answered every question and query we had. They were helpful knowledgeable professional and friendly.... you can’t ask for any better than that ! Excellent service... well done Dreams. Looking forward to receiving our new bed/mattress now, approx 3 weeks...can’t wait ☺️

Friendly and professional very helpful and good social distancing in place. The delivery was exceptionally fast and the driver was so helpful with lovely manners. I would definitely recommend the store and products.

I visited the Slough store and was greeted by Katie, she was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to understand my needs and budget and recommended me a few beds to pick, she was patient while I picked the beds that I wanted. She took me through the ordering and explained everything. She is the reason I would recommend dreams.

The customer service representative was attentive and knowledgeable, he greeted us professionally as we entered the store and stayed with us until the completion of our purchase.

Jemal was friendly, explained everything and went over everything ensuring no errors. He was not pushy to get a sale which I appreciated rather just helping me see all the products I was happy with the discount which allowed me to get what I really wanted that was value for money. Really pleased with the service at slough.
