Store manager amazing, products amazing, I think sales assistant new because it seemed to take ages to place my order, although it was a "tailored " order

One of the pillow inside a pack was torn.

We were highly satisfied at this dream its not mean we r not satisfied

we were recommended a Tempur mattress by a colleague and they told us of the great service and products offered and discounts. Our Sales assistant offered no discount and not mention any extended guarantees, other than that he was ok, Friendly, softly spoken not hard sales like some other chap in the store.

When we placed order for bed and bedside cabinets, the salesman could only guarantee the beds delivery time and not the cabinets? Although we are expected to pay for all the items when bed arrives?

I was told that the sale ended that night but the advert on the tv stated that it was the following tuesday which is very misleading, giving you no time to think about the product should you wish to buy at the sale price.

We haven't yet use the product, we were satisfied and the price of the mattress is very high. So after using this product for a few months we will be able to give it top marks.

During the finance part of the transaction, there was a problem with the finance going through. It was no fault of Khalid or the store manager, who both dealt with the issue excellently, but it did delay the speed of the purchase severely.

Every thing was good, except the prices. That is was I was not highly satisfied.

Availability of items was not as advertised. Sale did not cover all items
