The sales assistant was helpful and gave us time to look round on our own ithout pushing any products too much.

Friendly, easy to locate and you could try the mattresses which is very helpful before you buy - good display of beds available

prices were quite higher than i expected

We purchased items over £1500.00 in December 2015, and again purchased another £516.00 to which we still were required to pay for delivery and collection of old mattress, this we found very disapointing also we only live up the road, less than 2 miles away from the store

the salesman quoted the price wrong, and increased it at the desk

Generally speaking everything was great. However, we felt that the sales assistant merely wanted to updell to us at every available opportunity. Without even enquiring as to our budget we found ourselves testing mattresses priced well in excess of £1000. We felt this was a bit of a waste of our time. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable though.

I was fully satisfied wth everything in the shop.

In spite of been a repeat customer for the third time - I did not feel like one - delivery was charged extra, my old Dreams mattresses were not accepted to be taken back - the discounts were not good either - not the fault of the sales assistant, but I think Dreams can see in the system that I am a repeat customer for the third time and offer me these services - given online sites are cheaper and offer all of these

I was satisfied. With some highly satisfied with others.
