overall satisfied. highly satisfied with Abdul's expertise, communication, and understanding. however, I think that dreams should provide some type of discount if someone is bundling a number of items and services together

Abdul, the assistant that helped my wife and I during our visit to the Slough store, was highly knowledgeable about the different products available, friendly and patient in the way that he managed our questions and queries and, for me of arguably the greatest value, he was in no way pushy, leaving us ample time to discuss the options open to us in privacy. I was very impressed by Abdul and the service he provided - he's a credit to your store.

I was surprised I had to pay £38 for delivery and another £38 for taking a mattress away.would not have placed order if I had known.

I was very satisfied with Abdul.....credit to the company he really understood our needs and to top it off gave us a brilliant discount he was really down to earth and really a people's person. He needs a pay rise !!

You are far too early sending out the survey. How can I be highly satisfied if I am not yet sleeping on the mattress I brought. You may have got a highly if I was using the product and my journey with dreams has ended. So far I am happy with the level of service.

I don't feel there should be a delivery charge.
