Because at the end of the conversation we were told there was a £39 delivery charge. I would of thought at the price we paid for the item you would of offered free delivery.

Price too high Due to the time the order was placed, it took time as Barclays finance closed by that time and then whole process had to be repeated again.

Lady named Amina at your Slough Retail was not observant and seemed a bit rude when asked her to price check for a product. We are visiting a store with an intention to buy and evenutally ordered a Single Bed. Such attitude from a staff will only put us away from visiting that store. Also while placing an order she asked for our door number atleast 4 times and we repeatedly said. we have Name and not Number and also provided the same.. When finally placing the order, she said - have you got a door number???? It is quite unprofessional and unexpected.

Some mattress sizes were not available

It was good but not fantastic The staff weren't too pushy, they explained the layout of the different mattresses and offered me a drink

I was very satisfied with my experience at the store. The assistant was very helpful and had great product knowledge!
