Dreams - Slough

We went in to buy a mattress but we did not consider pillows or insurance etc . Maybe it should be mentioned in your adverts . I am not complaining but at the time of ordering the extra costs should be mentioned before a decision is made .

The delivery date is 7 weeks away! Just dreadful service!

The staff were all friendly as you entered the and welcome us as we entered the shop

Everything was great service wise no problems at all, just a little disappointed as I was to late for the offer that I'd seen online on the sofa bed I purchased.

Peter was the assistant that dealt with our order. Whilst he was knowledgeable & polite, he addressed all his questions and attention to my Husband. This despite the fact that the order was placed in my name and I settled the payment. Indeed he even shook my husband's hand on completing the transaction, but I was not offered the same courtesy. It was a chauvanist attitude and took the shine off the rest of his customer service.

I wasn't sure what I wanted from a new matress and would prefer a bit more time and space to think things through. The team were on hand and trying to be helpful asking questions but with the near ever presence I would not chose to give highly satisfied. When we were paying another member of the team asked the person serving me if they were busy, we were sat down together at the desk.

Difficult to make comparisons with similar products available on line or in other stores, due to exclusive products.

We brought a Tempur mattress but were not told of the smell the occurs when it is unwrapped. We had to sleep in a spare room for 2 weeks!!
