Dreams - Slough

I thought the price was a bit expensive. Value for money does not jump at you. We are hoping we bought quality. Our mattress is costing us £2400, it better be good :). Abdul provided an excellent customer service. Moreover he was very knowledgeable about the product.

I would like the product to be cheaper

This was the second Dreams store I had visted in the day and neither had the product I wanted. I then ended up having to buy the more pricey matress as the one I truly wanted was not available it either store. Alternatives were offered, such as placing an order and having it delivered but refused. Needed a matress urgently.

Ash provided great customer service I did not feel pressured, very friendly

There was some pressure to buy a particular product

The prices in the sale were still quite high and the sale was ending the same day. I felt pressured to make a decision .

I always wanted a high bedhead. But the bed we selected had no option of selecting a different bedhead or different size. Also this bed only comes in two single beds. Therefore there will be a separation middle of the bed.

Dreams adviser's computer was not working correctly and took a long time to get the sales transaction completed however staff kept the mood light and fun while dealing with the computer issue. Store was out of stock of the products we needed to take home with us on the day, we needed a new mattress, however staff did arrange acceptable delivery date.

I just don't like spending money befor firstly trying the product. But I do believe that I had a good deal with Dream's
