We stepped into the store and was approached by Ash who made us feel instantly welcome and relaxed. We found him to be extreamly friendly, patient and professional with plenty of knowledge on beds. We are really pleased with our in store experience and we cannot fault the customer service. However, we have experience a few issues with the delivery, assembly and quality of the bed frame. I have sent an email and am awaiting reply from customer support.

I don't think there is a great difference between being satisfied and highly satisfied, the experience was good , the colleague was very polite and helpful so i marked up that with highly satisfied.

I had to wait some time before I could pay for my order as the service desks equipped with the ability to take payment were busy with people discussing products.

Not sure I could be highly satisfied going to a bed store, or any store for that matter. Staff were friendly and knowledgable.

Sales guy was friendly and polite. He did however try and put 2 pillows in with mattress sale at 85 pound each but when asked removed those from the order without a fuss

Looked online at products I wanted to get. When I got to the store the sizes were not available and I had to imagine the one item[wrong size but right colour] smaller in size and again with the mattress I had to test the double as single was not on display. It just seemed very miss matched and we were marching up stairs and down stairs trying to see the items in the wrong colour or size and then sit down and picture what the correct product size and colour would look like. Weird experience to be honest however the staff were excellent in making the experience a good one. I would not have returned to this store if it was not for the staff.

Although the assistant was really helpful we had to wait too long for them to finish with another customer before they could place our order.
