My wife is disabled so had to use the lift which we got stuck in for 5-6 mins, Katie got the manual key to unlock the door to let us out.

Wasn’t able to print out receipt for my card purchase. However staff tried numerous of times.

The products were quite expensive and the Super King Size bed range was not part of the sale this time, which was a shame

I haven’t put highly satisfied about about the qualities of the products because I haven’t received them yet to for an opinion of them. I was very happy with my experience in store though with the staff and the products that I wanted to see where all out on display so I was very happy about that

Went in with a budget of 1500 and ended up paying almost 1800. I felt there was more to be done in the negotiation. The guy we dealt with Stefan was great, when he had to have sign off from his boss there was no discussion to bringing it down. I just brought some products from a rival of Dreams and they where better at negotiation.

Satisfied is enough. It was late saturday afternoon, we went in thinking we knew what we wanted, but actually realised it was not right for us. The staff assistant was very helpful and patient, even fetching us coffee
