I was very happy with the service and product 👍

One reason only - The length of time I have to wait for the delivery of the product. Had I known of this lengthy timescale at the outset I would probably have gone elsewhere.

I knew exactly what mattress I wanted and how much I wanted to spend as I did my research beforehand. There were two guys in the store, one was ok but the other one was obnoxious. It was more about him keeping face and not treating us as customers.

It was fairly busy, so the gentlemen dealing with us was serving multiple customers, so we had to wait a little longer than expected

The transaction issues were awful. The card machine wasn't working with the computers, so we were told to "hang around" the store for a few minutes. This turned into 30 minutes & still the situation hadn't changed. In the end, we had to leave & go back later. Thankfully the issue had been resolved. The staff were courteous & apologetic.

Since my order is outstanding and I don't have receive yet my mattress I cannot give the highly satisfied vote. The prices are little bit expensive than the average of the market. The staff were more than friendly and willing to help me.

The expectation was to get the order delivered more quickly as I needed the beds asap. There was no fast track option available. However when i checked with other colleagues they told me I got a better delivery date.

I didn't like the fact that there weren't cheap deals when buying a memory foam mattress such as a free memory foam cushion with it for single size and the delivery time was quite long. However I am quite happily satisfied with everything else. Love the free beverages!

More choice expected in bed frames and no possibility of ordering bespoke or personnalised configurations.
