Quite busy so just felt a bit rushed

Although the assistant was helpful pointing out the area in the store I needed when it came to placing the order I felt he was disinterested and that I was rushed into making a decision. The delivery dates which were convenient for me were not available and whilst I was trying to look for suitable alternatives the assistant kept saying this is all thats available I have agreed to a Saturday delivery and paid for this !

I selected a Tempur mattress but the medium one in the store was firmer than the firm one. The explanation I was given was acceptable but made me a little uneasy about the durability of the product. I would suggest that the store replace the firm mattress on display so customers are able to test the feel of an unaffected one.

I felt that there could have been more variety at the mid range. Most mattresses were at the high end.

it was very overwhelming as Mr Morris when on a bit about other issues and not concentrating on what I needed and desired.The process took a lot longer because of this.Did come away with a headache and that shouldn't be the case of buying a bed and mattress.

Overall satisfied with the experience at Dreams at Slough branch. Nevertheless, I do not want to be referred to by your sales lady as 'darling'. Either to be addressed as sir or Mr. Sherriff. My wife also felt the same as she was also addressed as 'darling'. It is inappropriate language to a customer and cheapens your brand image.

I am now a single mum and I have always brought my beds from dreams. I would of liked that the assembly of the beds was included but unfortunately I found out that despite me buying two single beds now and previously always buying my beds from the same store did not warrant this expectation. I bit disappointing but nothing much I can do

The guy who assisted us was very friendly no question but the water you use for your hot drinks was really disgusting. If felt like the filter wasn’t cleaned or you have a very hard water. In general it changed the test of hot chocolate that I couldn’t drink it. But if course you don’t come to Dreams to drink coffee. Although I have to say last year we have been purchasing stuff at High Wycombe and Hayes store and the coffee tested better than in any coffee shop. And even though we spent there a while I felt a little bit rushed.. maybe just the speed and hyper that Ash was talking with which in general is not a bad thing for a salesman.

Very happy with sales team in keeping me up to date however leaving me an 'urgent urgent' voicemail was a touch OTT to inform me of a flash sale. However.. It was good to know and I bought a mattress.
