Dreams - Slough

We was highly satisfied with the experience at dreams but was disappointed when we was told that that we could have got the mattress protector free at furniture village for the same price we paid or a free pillow on line at land of beds and £200 cheaper for the same mattress we had to purchase both at dreams.

We were looked after by mr Morris he looked after us very well and was very polite he also made sure that our health and protection was well cared for at all times and had a good knowledge of the products that he was selling. Our only disappointment was that we found that furniture village was giving away mattress protector free with the same mattress which we had to purchase the mattress was same price and land of beds was giving away the pillow free and cheaper mattress by £200 and we had to purchase both with dreams none was given free.

First assistant wasn’t very helpful the second one was very nice knowledgable friendly and understood our needs . I did pay more than I wanted to as the quality was better then any of the ones with a discount. But I still bought the mattress the assistant made sure we were happy and knew about the returns. If it hadn’t been for the first assistant I would have placed the experience higher

The product is too expensive, delivery time is too long

Because our sales assistant left us a couple of times to go and serve someone else whilst he was serving us, whilst there were multiple other sales assistants hovering around the show room who could have helped those other waiting customers. We also had to wait 10 minutes for someone to initially help us.

Just hoping that mattress chosen will give usbhpod nights sleep.

I was greeted and attended too quickly. As I had been to the store several days earlier, I knew the item I needed. With The assistant I checked item and he took me to order desk, offered a drink, and processed my order quickly.

Long waiting time

We were originally told 3-7 days when we first attended but when we ordered earliest delivery was 8 days
