Before I attended the shop , I rang the branch and spoke to one of the staff- (Movin), who actually wanted me to come to the showroom as there are certainly some products that I expect the quality and within my budget. As per his advice visited the branch , service was excellant, got the bed and mattress of good quality, only drawback was , I wanted a black or brown colour, but couldn't find on the clearance range. but bought the available one as got for good price. hence highly satisfied with prize .

Friendly staff, open and honest but not pushy, even offered us tea!

Hello Dreams. Many thanks for my excellent beds. I have assembled them, and these beds are awesome. When I arrived I was greeted by Ash at the Slough store, who is very friendly and has incredible product knowledge. He took time to understand exactly what I was looking for, allowing me to try a number of different beds. Although difficult to find something same day, he took my preferences and was able to meet my requirements perfectly. He pretty much handled everything on my behalf, right down to the much needed extras (like duvet, covers, etc.) and the delivery. I was pretty clueless about beds, but Ash's support was fantastic, and he was not pushy, offered the right information. If it wasn't for this guy, I would have never of found out about the comfort and support of a Tempur pillow, which is truely amazing, and really helps me to get to sleep more easily. The Toronto bed base, although fiddly to put together at first, is very impressive in it's design and functionality. Nothing made the experience really stand out, customer service was great, seen too in quick time. Able to test an array of products before choosing the right one but to me the overall experience was satisfying, not 'highly'.

I don't give "10's" or maximum scores as nothing is perfect..!! The service was fine, the availability was fine but we still found the mattress the be on the expensive side.

I beleive that a discount structure as incentive for clients that can pay all upfront, would be nice, instead the discount was available ony on specific products, but not on everything.

I had previously visited the store so knew what product I wanted so no search was required. I did apply for paying over 20 months but I was refused. I was surprised as i have regular money coming. Thankfully I had a credit card that I could use otherwise I would not have been able to purchase the bed. But now I will have to pay interest on the credit card whereas if I was able to pay over 20 months interest free then I would have been better off

Although the young girl that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable she did not establish our needs straight away Apart from that she was very good at her job and very pleasant, made me comfortable when completing the sale would certainly recommend Dreams in Slough
