A pleasant and efficient interaction

Ash introduced us to a range of products and made some excellent suggestions, which gave us lots to think about. We were given time to think by ourselves and mull over the choices he suggested. The prices were made very clear and special discounts/offers were offered in consultation with the store manager Rob. Rob finalised the sale and was extremely friendly and explained everything very well. Happy with the overall price for the products received, though we're glad we don't have to buy beds all the time as they're quite pricey!

Customer Assistant very helpful - we were not rushed and were also offered coffee.

Ash the shop assistant asked all the right questions, understood what me and my mum was asking for. Explained everything that is needed to know. Shop was very clean and easily advertised.
