The sales assistant whos name was Katie was very polite and friendly she was not pushy like other sales staff in other shops we visited she was generally very good at what she was doing and explained everything we needed to know

Melissa made our experience at Dreams better. She assisted us with choosing a bed and a mattress. She was very patient and performed Sleepmatch which helped to select a type of the mattress recommended for our specific needs. From the suggested options she then took us around the store and matched all mattresses to our budget. She gave us space to discuss things but always always close by to advise. Thank you

When visiting your store in Slough on Sunday we were immediately greeted by Katie. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased a mattress for my son and was impressed at how quickly it will be delivered. I can’t fault our shopping experience and will definitely be returning in future.

Honestly, the perfect customer service experience. Someone met us at the door, gave us the protocol with regards to Covid. Was always there to answer any questions but without hovering.
