Khalid at the store in Slough was not your regular sales man. He was genuine and soft spoken, not aggressive and pushy as some are. This makes me open up to what they have to say rather then being annoyed at the pure selling of products. He knew what he was talking about and I kept adding to the order, which I guess is exactly how do things. On delivery Ken and Vinnie brought my bed. Great guys, very polite and helpful. Great team

I was served by Mr. Khalid who was really quick in understanding my needs of what product i wanted and he showed me ample options as per my needs and made me understand the configuration of each product which i was initially confused about. Mr Khalid guided me on what to buy as per my requirements and he was very polite and friendly which attracted me to go with Dreams only, as i did go to other competitive brand holders for beds and mattress and i was not very satisfied with the customer service from other competitors. Dreams got more choice of products and it was easier for me to find out what i really needed.I am really happy with my purchase and the level of customer service provided my Mr. Khalid.
