Because the sales people let us browse for as long as we liked and did not pressurise us in any way. When we needed assistance, they were right there.

The assistant was friendly and helpful. He knew when to approach us and when to back off and let us think. The products are high quality and I expect the bed, once delivered, to be perfect for us. Already been using the pillows and they are very good.

Our experience was overall very good. We came to the store to browse for a new mattress but Ash, who served us was very knowledgeable in his job, listened to what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction.

Ash's friendly and professional approach was very welcomed. He clearly had a wealth of experience in the area and was able to answer all of out questions clearly and concisely.

We were looking for a new bed for our toddler and the assistant was very helpful and relaxed about letting our son test out the beds and mattresses. It became a fun shopping trip for our young son and we were given space to consider what we wanted to buy.....we even managed to get a discounted Fireman Sam duvet set!

The sales assistant Peter was were friendly, understood what we wanted, quick to answer our questions, knew where and quality of the products were as per our liking. The presentation and cleanliness satisfied me to shop there again in near future. I give 9/10 marks for the time we me and my wife were there.

Ash was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product even though the colour that I wanted was not available, he was able to explain that to me to my satisfaction.
