Was approached by an assistant when entering the store . He was really helpful without being overbareing. We found what we were looking for quite quickly, the order was dealt with right away adpnd we were offered the option of a ten year guarantee with a free mattress prospector which we were happy to do . Overall we could'nt fault our visit in any way .

After shopping around for a specific bed we were able to find exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. any additional warranty extensions were offered but not pushed too hard which isn't always the way.
