The salesman was very informative and showed what beds would be suitable for us, then let us look round the store in our time until we had made our minds up which bed, mattress we would like to purchase.

From the enquiry phone call in the morning to the experience received in store, everything was smooth and easy. Khalid who dealt with everything was very pleasant and made suggestions and did not hurry us although we had made up ours minds that if it was suitable we would buy a certain mattress as it was in the sale and we could therefore afford it. We tried several to compare it though and were satisfied that the mattress was the one we wanted.

Attentive knowledgeable salesman who kept a discrete distance so that I did not feel under any pressure to buy. His name was Khalid. I had visited the store a couple of months earlier and was met by a different salesman who was obviously eager to persuade me to spend as much money as possible. When I asked him to show me a good quality mattress he immediately ushered me into a private cubicle which contained a memory-foam bed and a video presentation which I found intrusive and distasteful. As a result of this I chose not to make a purchase. I did try out a different mattress that I would have considered buying, which was extremely comfortable, but I wasn't happy with the service I received at that time and chose to leave. On my second visit Khalid was far more professional, understated and helpful and these were important factors in my purchasing the mattress that I had tried earlier.

I went to dreams in a panic , I needed a new mattress bought and delivered that day ... I had a budget but didn't want to compromise on quality.. Dreams really made my day I got everything I needed quickly and paid a price I could afford for a good pocket sprung mattress that will stand the test of time . Thanks Movin you couldn't have been more helpful.

The sales person was friendly and courteous, gave us coffee, demonstrated the equipment, and made alternative suggestions. He was thorough and went through everything in detail. We went back to the shop we had visited about 6 weeks ago even though we have moved out of the area. Good experience. Thank you.

Movin in the Slough branch assisted me and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing a whole bedroom set. The store was clean and customer friendly. It was easy to find products and price was very reasonable. I will definitely be visiting the store again very soon as I need more items for my new house and have already recommended it to a few friends.

My existing mattress had started giving me back problems and I am meant to sleep on a firm mattress with a board underneath due to slipped disc in 2002. My friend took me down to Dreams where she had bought her bed. We were attended to quickly and Ash our consultant showed me relevant beds and pillows. We very quickly decided on the first bed I had tried. The delivery was marked for 20 June and at 8.10 on Saturday morning I received a call that they would be with me in 15 minutes! I hastily stripped the existing bed and when they arrived, they were incredibly quick to remove the existing bed and mattress and install my new one - I have slept very well last night and am thrilled with my purchase.
