The salesman, Ash, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to rush the sale and encouraged met to try out different beds to ensure I made the right choice. My friend and I were offered a drink and he was very attentive, without being pushy. The experience was a pleasurable one.

Me and my husband had a good experience in dreams. We were not jumped on as we walked in and left to have a browse before being approached.. Movin Morris whom helped us was excellent.. He listened to our needs and kept choices non confusing and straight forward. The best service we have had in a long time.. Result... We got what we wanted.. perfect. And.... The assistant, Movin Morris was excellent. He took time to understand what we were looking for, so he could show us suitable products that mathced our needs. He was patient and we didn't feel pressured at any stage. We were comfortable in his presence and ended up placing an order before we left.

The young sales consultant Manraj was very very helpful! He is an exemplary employee. His knowledge and understanding of all of the products is second to none and his friendly and positive nature means I will definitely visit dreams again. Manraj went the extra mile and his customer service skills are fantastic. Overall I was very impressed with the service and store.
