Khalid was extremely patient and friendly! I even got a cup of tea and he answered all of my questions professionally with a great level of expertise

All the staff were excellent. Peter in particular was very friendly and helpful,very knowledgable, and struck a good balance between being helpful and attentive and giving us space to make our own mind up without too much of a sales pitch. Very impressed! Nesti was also very helpful with useful pointers and tips when appropriate and was very friendly.

The customer assistant - Khalid was very helpful and attentive from the start, he helped us find the best mattress and frame for us.

The types of mattress and bed frame we we were looking for were available, the staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to place our order speedily and have it delivered at a time that suited us, although later than we hoped. The staff had good product knowledge and understood what we were looking for however they did try to prolong our search a few times after we had decided which items we wanted to order.

Friendly. knowledgeable sales staff (Ash) but not overpowering, and allowed me time to browse. Great selection in all price ranges. Delivery boys Jerome McCoy & Michael Scott exceptional. Shoes off at the door, mattress quickly put in place without fuss and very polite & cheery. When asked about their job in a downpour they remained positive and described it as an just another adventure. I liked their upbeat attitude to the job.

We were approached by Ash who clearly indicated which beds were what. He then took my partner and I through the store and allowed plenty of privacy while we tried each bed and discussed what we preferred. He was attentive but not over-bearing, which was the perfect combination when making a decision. I was grateful for his advice and knowledge and even happier that he allowed my partner and I plenty of space. This helped us come to an un-rushed decision and purchase right there and then.

Friendly staff, not pushy for sale, got exactly what we were looking for and a delivery date to suit us.

I was greeted warmly by a member of staff (Nesti) and offered assistance and a beverage. As I wanted to look around first, Nesti made it clear he was available should I need him and left me wander around in peace which I appreciated, because there's nothing worse than a sales assistant constantly at your side or hovering. When I had a question Nesti was knowledgeable and made sure I received the correct information. He pointed me towards the product I was looking for and let me to try it out and to take my time. Nothing was too much trouble for Nesti and I have ended up buying more products than I what came for as the experience left me completely at ease and the assistance was just right.
