The service was quick, friendly and professional

Salesman was knowledgable, friendly and gave us time to look at, lie down, and try out various mattresses and beds. Then was there to answer question before placing the order. Also the parking was convenient.

I was highly satisfied because the store was quiet so there were staff who could readily help me. I was not concerned about the purchase of a bed as I knew what I required but I was worried about the purchase of a matress because oif the very wide variety. The assistant explained the choices and reduced them to a reasonable selection, which I could try and make my selection. It took much less time to make the purchase than I had feared.

The salesman, Ash, was extremely helpful. He came over to us quickly and offered us help but wasn't too pushy. I was looking for something on a budget and he knew a lot about the products and found me something suitable very quickly. I was also very happy with the speed of delivery and the delivery men putting my bed and mattress together and tidying up after themselves.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly, they re packed our mattress as it was a display model, carried to the car for me, cannot get better then that! 10/10 for customer Service.

Khalid our salesman was very knowledgeable,and very friendly, all staff seamed in very good spirits.I just hope the efficiency is still as good ,If there is any problems when I get my bed.as I have had problems a few years ago that where never resolved.

- Systems to place order were slow - A little disappointed that free delivery was not included - More frequent delivery timetable would be a nice to have (like Amazon prime - pay extra for sooner delivery for example, otherwise if not urgent then FOC)

Khalid was very well informed and helpful. We didn't feel rushed. The shop was well staffed. The shop was well stocked but not cramped. There was a pleasant ambience within the store and among the work colleagues.

we went in not 100% sure of what we wanted but it was explained in expert detail and we were left briefly to do our own checks and then called for help and the gentleman was there to help
