Katie was extremely attentive yet not overbearing which is a nice balance. She also guided us when we needed help and was quick to put through our order for us.

The sales lady was knowledgeable, pleasant and very attentive. We enjoyed the hot chocolate drink she offered. We also enjoyed the experience of your bed selection technology. Liked two free pillows given in the deal but must admit that the Tempur mattress is still so very expensive even although it was in a sale.

Morris who served us was very knowledgeable and helped greatly in finding us the perfect bed and mattress. He was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and allowed us all the time to make sure we were placing the correct order for us as a couple.

Morris from the Slough store was very welcoming and knowledgeable about everything we asked him. Definitely what you need when looking for a new bed/mattress

Ali was very pleasant and helpful, went on the computerised bed to see what mattress we needed. Tried different mattresses but the one the computer bed said we needed was the best one although was a lot more money than i bargained for. The only negative about the store was the hand sanitizer had run out. Very nice experience although dissappointed that a saturday delivery was £10 when i spent £1,099 on the mattress so hence went for a weekday.
