Our store assistant, Movin Morris, was very helpful and attentive of our needs. He was friendly and answered all of the questions we had as well as passing on recommendations for alternative options.

As me and my wife entered the store we where approached by a member of staff called Ash, his approach was vey friendly and offered us a tea or coffee as we entered and helped us through our selection in making a decision in our new bed, he was very friendly and built a great report with me and my wife - we ended up buying more then what we came in for as his service was amazing and professional. He also showed us many mattress types to suit our needs. I would highly recommend the Slough store and Ash to all my friends and family. Also when buying bed in the future would only go back to get the great service. I also work in customer service and getting service like we did was amazing and couldn't ask more anymore.
