Dreams - Slough

Hamza has an excellent customer service. Has enough knowledge about the products and services. We got what we wanted as he helped us with the bed and recommended the mattress as we weren't sure which type to get. The only thing we would like to say though the assembly price is high.

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the store, and given a cup of tea. I was shown a video and tried several mattresses. I wasn't put under any pressure and Ash listened to what I needed. I was made to feel comfortable while I was considering my options. He certainly knew what he was talking about.

Our assistant, Khalid, gave us lots of space and time whilst giving us all the information and help we needed. He was very patient and diligent.

Fantastic service, not a pushy sales person and very knowledgeable in the beds and mattress. Also provided great advice after taking the time to listen to our requirements. I would highly recommend your company and this sales man to friends and family.

We went into store and were greeted by Khalid an experienced and very competent sales person. I explained I was looking for something quite specific and he found me a mattress that I was highly satisfied with. The service I received throughout my visit was fantastic. It was my first time buying from dreams and I will be back shall I need to. 10/10 for service and product quality.

I went to the Slough Dreams and spoke to Nestim, who was very helpful and gave me lots of information about all the different beds and products. He spent lots of time showing me all of the different options and was clearly very enthusiastic about what he did. He was very professional and I felt that Dreams had really cared about the whole experience - I would definitely recommend them. I can't wait for my new bed to turn up in the New Year.
