Dreams - Slough

I purchased a double divan bed and arranged for old bed to be taken away was given a sat delivey as requested-all boxes ticked -and a bonus to be advised by a well mannered young man who showed enthusiasm and interest in his sale-well done

Purchased a mattress the week previous from the slough branch, brilliant customer service by Nesti, very helpful and helped find the perfect mattress at a great price. Wasnt pushy at all, gave us time to try different mattresses and look around, offered recommendations etc really made it easy as we was dreading it! Was so happy that we came back the following week to buy a new bed and another mattress!

We were served very quickly and the mattress was ordered in no time.

We were served by Khalid and he displayed extensive knowledge about the products in the store and listened to our requirements.

The assistant was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

I was very happy with my experience at dreams (slough) today. The salesperson-(Ash); was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made me feel very at ease, and offered me tea and coffee, which he made for me. Also, his friendly smile and great enengy made me feel very at ease. He helped me pick the perfect combination of bed and persuaded me to buy a mattress to go with it. He had great knowledge on the products, which helped me whilst making my choice. Before going into dreams today-I was incredibly stressed and feeling quite anxiousl However, once I went into the store, the sales people were so kind. I felt much better. Today was the first time that I had been to the Slough Dreams branch and I was very impressed with everything. I think I will definitely be returning there in the future, and would recommend it to others.

I went in to research the products and came back later with my husband. On both occasions Peter served us and was very attentive whilst leaving us to wander around and not push us towards anything in particular. We were able to experience the Tempur bed on both occasions again without pressure to buy this product.

Excellent customer service throughout by Ash, our customer representative. Very good product knowledge and very thorough without being too pushy.

Very helpful salesperson, very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions based on our needs and preferences.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience, as I was trying to make a decision from two favourite beds. He took his time with the choosing of the mattress too. Nothing was too much trouble.
