The member of staff who greeted us was very friendly and helpful, and his knowledge of the type of bed we were after help us make our final decision

Sales assistant 'Morris' was fantastic, his friendliness and knowledge was brilliant. Have purchased a few times from this store, but found this gentleman to be the best.

On entering the store, we were greeted by the Sales Assistant (Abdul), who offered tea/coffee straight away. He then explained how to quickly identify the different types of products by the colour coding used on the bed, and the labelling indicating the firmness. He then allowed us to spend time to test various beds, and although he was always around to answer questions, he was not too intrusive which we appreciated. Once we had selected 3 possible beds, he helped us make our final decision by pointing out relevant details. Once we had agreed to order the bed, he also pointed out other special offers which saved us money on some of the essential accessories. When I go shopping for furniture, I often find the sales staff either too aggressive, or feel completely ignored; at this store I felt you have struck a great balance by being informative about the products and offering a warm welcome at the start.

The customer service we received was excellent as the person understood our needs and assisted us with what we wanted as he told us al the different payment methods.

We simply wanted to replace our mattress which was purchased from you 9 years ago. We were offered to try the Tempur mattress range which we had heard about in the press and the salesman was very understanding when we really didn't like them at all (reminiscent of old foam mattresses from school - grim). We quickly narrowed down our choice to three options and once our decision had been made, with the help of the salesman, delivery and payment was organised very quickly.

Really appreciated that assistance was at hand as soon as we walked in. A friendly approach by the member of staff. Made us feel comfortable to ask a lot of questions and in return received very useful product knowledge. Overall very pleased with the level of service because it was pleasant and efficient.
