Katie was very helpful from the moment we walked in. Ended up purchasing a mattress being delivered within the week

Our Assistant Katie in the Slough store was very friendly. She was knowledgeable of the products and matched them to our needs when we informed her of them. She had great customer care and made us feel very comfortable.

Overall as soon we entered the store in Slough we were greeted warmly and advised on how to use PPE. Morris gave us a thorough tour of the store and product knowledge. We tried the mattress machine and found the whole experience extremely wonderful. We felt really valued , Morris offered us tea an coffee which was really good.

The staff member, Katie, and she helped me with purchasing a bed, and working out which was a suitable mattress. Following this Katie took my order & was polite & friendly throughout

I received assistance from a member of staff the moment I arrived, he answered all my questions and seemed to have great product knowledge which helped me to make my purchase. I was impressed with the Covid-19 safety procedures put in place. The whole process was fairly quick and painless. I look forward to receiving my new bed from Dreams. Lovely polite service, not too pushy, allows you to make informed decisions

Service was lovely soon as we walked in Jamal approached us and and explained the layout and left us to it for ten mins,he then came over and offered us hot drinks including our two daughters which was lovely , after he took us to the sleep match bed which was excellent and explained what we needed ,after a while we decide what we wanted and ,Jamal knowledge was excellent and made it easy for us to choose with excellent service

Welcomed into store. Requested time to browse by ourselves which we were given. Once we found the correct mattress Morris extremely helpful and very efficient with information regarding delivery etc etc. He made buying this mattress a very easy task. Could not have received a better service. Thank you Morris and DREAMS. Ps. The coffee he supplied us with was great as well. Thank you again.

The mattress was in stock in your warehouse but couldn’t be delivered for 2 weeks . I need the mattress now
