Dreams - Slough

There was a wide range of mattresses to try out and see which one was the most comfortable. We were assisted by Peter who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The mattress was for my mother and he was extremely patient with her as she has difficulty moving. I would recommend the Slough Dreams store to friends and family and would recommend they find Peter to help them with their choice.

The staff were extremely helpful but not over intrusive, they offered lots of excellent advise and then gave us time to discuss between ourselves and time to think about it and make a decision without putting us under any pressure.

After originally placing the order on line there was a discrepancy as the delivery address I wanted wasn't where my payment card was registered to. I was advised by the sales team on line to attend a local store. On arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was very helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and swiftly dealt with my request. The service was excellent. Regards Julian
