Morris was very good. He went through all our options and gave us good advise. Very good customer service.

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Being greeted with a big smile wax a great start. Katie was super helpful, made me feel completely relaxed and listened to what I said. I went in for a browse, expecting to vibe away with sand ideas. I spent almost £1.4K and felt good about doing it!

We were greeted by Lawrence. He showed us around, gave product details, explained everything, maintained social distancing. Extremely pleased with his customer services skills. Very polite and helpful.

Katie at the branch was just so polite and friendly she helped us use the sleep matcher and then walked us around and explained everything to us. Just so nice to see that level of service it’s been a long time since someone even offered a drink and Katie offered so many times it’s the little things that count I felt valued as a customer and definitely would recommend and go back again

We had a wonderful time at Dreams Slough Morris was great in helping us, right from the time we entered and showed us the social distancing guidelines and requested us to follow them. All the time he was very helpful and courteous He has great product knowledge and knows what the customer wants.

In a local branch, Mr Morris was helpful. He explained the difference between various type of mattresses and beds. He was knowledgeable.

We were served by a very friendly Dreams colleague called Melissa. Very polite, knowledgeable, understanding and patient with our issues & concerns. Spent valuable time with us. Made us comfortable offered refreshments. Slight hiccup on technical side on a PC needed to relate to credit company Creations. Melissa always kept us informed of reasons for delay just hope we do not get a parking ticket for exceeding out stay also it was a Bank Holiday. Manager Anwar sorry if his name is incorrect. Again he apologised for the delay as we had to resubmit out Loan Agreement application. We were offered 2 pillows, but l think we should have received another item gesture of goodwill. Yes l would definitely return as l have previous bought brand new mattresses my son who is 6' 2" he needed extra length mattress. l bought double bed Silenight. Was charged for a delivery at weekend, but the store delivered weekday instead. Never received refund for charges incurred. Thank you will return when need to.
