The staff in our local Dreams Store are very very helpful Khalid explained in detail the differences in the mattress and the options that was available. I was given a very good customer service by the sales rep Khalid.

I was severed by Ash-Outstanding service, listened understood not pushy left us alone with time to are selfs which i liked because i hate stuff hanging around prending like they doing somthing when they not, Ash is a funny happy friendly person,got along with us so much plus we as customers could see he gets along very well with previous customers he had in store plus his stuff members, i will reckonmend Ash to friends and family anytime for the service he provided plus

Everything clicked into place. Relaxed staff considering we arrived with 2 young children, 1 being asleep. Listened to what we wanted and showed us options. Good knowledge and explanation of the same. Staff kept it relaxed.

The service we received from Khalid at the Bath road store was very good. He gave us the information we required and was very helpful. The only small issue we had was at the end of the sale Khalid had to go to another customer (we had left the store for a bit to make a decision and in that time he was dealing with another customer so he did 95% of our sale and then passed us to a colleague - completely understandable) but once we were handed over to the colleague he forgot to give us the pillows we had paid for. We assumed these would be delivered with the bed and when they weren't we called the store and there was some confusion over this as Khalid was off that day. Once Khalid returned to work however the confusion was cleared up and we now have the pillows, thank you.

I called the store first and spoke to Ash who suggested we ask for him on visiting. We did, he was with a customer but a colleague Abdul helped us until he was free and then passed us over. Both were very helpful. Ash is a true sales person but professionally so. He knew the products, gave us time on our own to decide and went through all the options with us but still, very nicely, closed the sale. He then sold us the benefits of completing this survey - hence I'm doing it. I hope the bed lives up to the service we had. Well done Ash (and Abdul). The staff seem to work well as a team too which is nice to see.

I was given lots of advice and options without any pressure. Khalid listened to my needs and guided me through. He was patient and spent time with me. Love the idea of defining the beds by the different pillow colours, made things very simple.
