Abdul was serving us. We were offered tea or coffee. Very polite and great customer service. Didn't feel rushed and had the possibility to try the mattress first. He was very helpful. At the completion he explained all the terms& conditions to us before signing them. Great service!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Mr Morris was very keen to help and helped me decide on the best product to suit me. They took great effort to help me as a customer and I was treated very well. All my queries were answered promptly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience shopping at this Dreams store. I would highly recommend this store.
