I was looking for a new mattress and spoke to Peter who works in the store he is very knowledgable about the different products which enabled me to purchase our new mattress. Awaiting delivery in July

Product was good and lots of choice of beds. Price was negotiated and staff were very knowledgable and friendly

We arrived at the store at 5.45pm, the store closed at 6. I felt a bit awkward because I knew it was going to take a while to choose a mattress. But the man who served us did not rush us. He was helpful and showed us the right mattress for us. All the staff were really friendly and if they did mind being kept waiting they certainly didn't show it.

Very good customer service provided, friendly manner but was not pushy for a sale. Understood what we were looking for and worked with our requirements.
