We came into browse initially as moving house at the end of September. Peter greated us with a warm and friendly style, was keen to share the set up of the store as intuitively knew we were new customers explaining the different colour zones and sharing his knowledge about the different types of beds and mattresses. What was great about Peter is that he was helpful but not intrusive which is a fine balance of judgement as the wrong approach can be off putting. I was also sastified with the speedy service of our purchase and the availability of goods. We are looking forward to our new bed in our new home in the autumn. We've not purchased from dreams before, the environment was clean and relaxing with staff on hand to answer questions should you need them. I would recommend Dreams in the future given the service we received today.

Knowledgable staff member dealt with me in a prompt manner and helped me pick a mattress with the minimum of fuss, meeting my price range.

The sales assistant Ivan was really knowledgeable and patient with us. It was our first time buying a mattress so we were unsure of what to look for. Ivan took us through our options to find something to meet our needs and budget. We had plenty of opportunity to test the mattresses for comfort, even though it was closing time in the store

Khalid understood our needs and he was there to give advise on what we wanted and was patient.

The customer service was excellent and friendly.
