We were greeted by a friendly assistant called Khalid when we entered the store. (usually I do find being asked if id like assistance when first entering the store a little annoying) however he took a very calming, no pressure approach and that made me and my partner feel at ease. We knew what we were roughly looking for and had a price range. Khalid, showed us a different range of mattresses, and was extremely understanding to our needs and very knowledgeable. We purchased a lovely mattress and left the store confident that we had made the right choice on the product and our decision to shop at dreams. 😊

I did not expect to be able to afford to buy a Tempur mattress so was looking at pocket sprung mattresses. Movin asked if he could assist me and I explained that our current mattress was a superking pocket sprung mattress that we had had for 16 years. My husband has a bad back and I was worried that our mattress was making it worse. I also explained that our bedroom was in a loft conversion so we needed to bend the mattress to get it up the stairs. Movin said that he was concerned about damage being done to a pocket sprung mattress if it was bent out of shape. He said he had a superking Tempur mattress that was ex display and therefore considerably cheaper. I didn't want a very soft mattress and he explained that this was a Sensation Tempur mattress that was much firmer and would be really good for my husband's back. We would also be able to fold the mattress to get it up the stairs without harming it. I tried the mattress and loved it! He also gave me an exceptional deal on a Tempur Mattress Protector and 2 Tempur pillows. The mattress fitted in my car and it is now installed in my bedroom. I'm delighted with the service provided by Movin and will highly recommend the store!

I thought the salesperson's responsive was great. After our visit, the follow up was good as well. The information and advice provided to us was also quite satisfying, as we double checked the information from the web.

Everyone and everything was great at my visit to the store, I came for a bed, not knowing what I need/want and Rob (Store Manager) and I believe his name was Humza were great and did a fantastic job in helping find a good bed for me. Rob also dealt with my parents issue of changing their bed they recently bought from Dreams and now we both can not wait until our beds arrive. BIG appreciation to Rob and Humza, thank you.

I was served by Khalid, he took all his time to go through the products and its specifications and gave an undivided attention. He went through showing us mattress, various options based on our budget. Dreams has a good collection of beds n mattress in comared to its competitors with relatively cheaper option. We have been to dreams before but decided to compare the prices n products online as well as other stores, and we decided to come back since it was serving our needs better. We were looking for ottoman bed frames n mattress. We were given divan as an option in other stores but Dreams had a very good collection of ottoman beds which impressed me and we decided to go for it. The price was very competitive and a bonus was to get 40 pound mattress protector for free. I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends n family.

The staff member - Ash, was very helpful. I provided him the specifications of what I required - that is an Ottoman bed with platform base. And he provided me the best options and made me understand the pros and cons of all. He then went through the full paperwork and explained all the terms and conditions before me signing it. Excellent service!!
