excellent service from Humza, well looked after to make the overall experience exceptional

Peter maid use coffee and I told him what I wanted .we went to7 beds and got one I liked he was very good at his job

When I first arrived at the Store Abdul asked if he could help me and I said I was just browsing but he knew instantly that I needed is guidance without saying anything. He told me where to look and explained the different colour scheme for choice of mattresses and where the bases were situated. He left me to try the different mattresses and then came across, offered me a cup of coffee which was very much appreciated. He must have spent a good hour and a half with me and knew his job and answered my questions fully. I left the store after purchasing three beds (two doubles and one single) and couldn't believe the time . It genuinely was a lovely, unhurried and unpressured experience. Considering I was only coming in to browse, I think Abdul did a very good job for Dreams. Thank you

We were greeted as we walked into the store but were left to look for ourselves before being approached by a member of staff who was very attentive without being too full on and making us feel pushed into a purchase. We were guided by his knowledge and the info that we provided as to what we were looking for. Very very helpful member of staff.

The sales representative listened to my needs, I have a bad back, he gave excellent advice

I visited the Slough Branch on Bath Road, upon entering I was greeted by Ivan who was immensely helpful. I had no idea what sort of mattress I would need to help support my back while remaining comfortable and he showed me several and answered every possible question I could think of. Service with a smile. I left glad to have walked into the shop, an extremely rare experience given I do not enjoy parting ways with money. Hats off to Ivan :)

The "colleague" Abdul was extremely helpful. Labelling of the mattresses, e.g. spring, med firm etc., was very useful. Seem to be a good deal of choice.

Everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner and nothing was to much trouble.

Unlike a previous Dreams store, not a million miles away, the personnel in the Slough store were human, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. We had fun.

This is not the first purchase I've made from Dreams and that's why I keep coming back!
