We were served by Abdul in the Slough store, his knowledge and helpfulness was second too none, he approached us as soon as we walked in, and was very friendly, he explained where everything was and listened to exactly what we wanted. Amazing service, he deserves to be highly recognised for this

The dreams sleep machine was impressive. All of the products were on display. The customer advisor was great and found us a mattress divan bed set combo in our price range.

We were greeted very early on and looked after the entire time. They understood our needs and outlined what we would do, after use the sleep machine we were given options considering price and left to try out and discuss them. Once we made a decision the team were very effective and efficient in taking our order. Very happy experience all round.

My experience at Dreams Slough was overall flawless. The staff are so friendly, genuine and helpful, they will go above and beyond to assist you. Arfan and Katie in particular were excellent, amazing product knowledge and they make you feel so comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. The assistant Melissa. Was extremely helpful. She Greeted us at the door. Offered us coffee. We used the dream machine to meet my mums needs as she suffers from hip and back problems. The assistant was very helpful. She made my mum was ok at all times and took her time. She spoke clearly as my mum has hearing problem. She gave us her 100% attention

I visit your shop first to buy a pillow. I was served by Melissa and i cant give enough credit for her assistant. I was so satisfied with my previous purchase, and i came back a week later to by a mattress as well. Many thanks to your excellent staff, i can sleep better now.
