Your staff memeber Ivan was very helpfull, my wife who is in a wheelchair was very happy with how he delt with her. he comes across as a very nice person, did not try to rush my wife while she was trying out different beds.

I was served by Peter and store manager at Slough Dreams. They were both friendly and professional - I made an error with measurements and needed to amend my order the next day and they never once made me feel awkward or a nuisance. They were very charming and went through the order with me and made the changes. Excellent store and I will return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Dreams at Slough.

Also I liked the fact he did not rush up to us the second we entered the store as that really puts us off as it looks desperate!!! He was knowledgeable and dealt with our order quickly and efficiently.
