Peter in the store was very friendly and helpful.

The sales executive that looked after me was attentive and most helpful throughout the whole time. He was polite and friendly, and for me personally, he didn't impose himself and do the hard pushy sales pitch. He allowed me to make my decision, but advised on the variety of choice that was available.

The sales guy Ash was very accommodating and assisted us in choosing the right products for us. His manager was also very helpful when placing the order and answered any questions we had.

We told the sales person exactly what we wanted and it was like he knew what we wanted. Also his knowledge of all types of bed was amazing. He talked us through out. Excellent service.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. I asked numerous questions which didn't phase the gentleman on the telephone and the quickness of the delivery date was excellent too.

The product knowledge and service of your colleague Mr Movin Morris were impeccable and this is why we are highly satisfied. We were intending to buy a mattress from Argos for £500 and popped in to Dreams in Slough to take a look whilst waiting for our car to be MOT'd. Movin greeted us at the door. His manner and explanation of products and their benefits pursuaded us to buy a top of the range Tempur mattress along with not one but two Tempur mattress covers plus two Tempur pillows. Despite having spent £2000 more than we had anticipated we are delighted with the value of our purchase due to your colleague's testimonials as to the quality and benefits. His explanation that your delivery drivers were insured in case of any damage upon delivery and collection of the mattress along with the information of where the old mattress was taken to be disposed of pursuaded us that these two additions were also good value. Mr Moven Morris is one of the best sales people I have ever come across. He takes great care in researching your products and increasing his knowledge of product development and history which imparts great confidence in your products. He is a credit to your store.

Staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me or try to sell me more expensive stuff. He was friendly and answered all my questions professionally
