THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANT WAS VERY WELCOMING AND SENSITIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WHIST NOT BEING PUSHY AND WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED INTO BUYING. THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD AND INCLUDED BEING GIVEN COFFEE.

The salesman was very helpful with us showing us various types of beds and mattresses . He was also very friendly towards us and made us feel very comfortable during our visit to the store.

The service was propmt and knowledge basd, they listened to what i had to say and required. They were supoprtive and showed me the differences in quality and material. Very friendly, gave me solutions.

Ash was very quick and efficient in helping us choose a divan, showing us all the different types. Ash was very Knowledgeable of the products and very efficient in dealing with the paperwork and delivery date. Well done
