Ivan the person who served us was very helpful professional and freindly.

Service and advice excellent and I wanted a "bit of a deal" and the salesman was able to offer this. Also resolved problem of mirror requiring separate delivery.

The assistant "ASH" who helped us was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. What really pleased us was that "ASH" was not pushy, we had been to other furniture shops that morning and every shop we had been into it felt like we were being jumped on. We were quite indecisive as we were buying a bed for our teenage son but there was no pressure from anybody infact it was probably the best experience we have had shopping for furniture.

We were just moving house and we were really exhausted moving our house. Mattress is where your day ends and when we had to buy it, dreams was the perfect place to be at with great customer service by 'Itesh'.

The salesman Morris took time to understand my needs and he guided me very well in deciding my choice. Dreams has a very wide variety of beds to cater for people's different tastes and affordability.

Ash at the slough branch was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. An excellent sales person, I would have bought the store if I had the time and money! A happy sales person makes all the difference. An asset to your company.
