We came in and saw Jahmal. He was very friendly and informative. He put us on the sleep machine to help us narrow down what type of bed we needed. The store was very clean and there is a sanitising station by the door as you go in and out.

The service we got when at dreams slough of jahmal was extremely good, we were so impressed. He knew everything about the beds and mattresses. He offered drinks to us and advised us on suited mattresses to us. He gave us so much time and allowed us time with the mattresses to find the best product for us. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thankyou Jahmal!!!!!!

Kate or Katie (apologies) who works at the Slough Dreams store was absolutely amazing. She understood that we didn’t have a huge budget but still wanted a good product. She listened and took us to a selection of mattress that met our needs and purchased one. She’s a really good people’s person and that what is comes down too. It’s not always the product your buying it’s who your buying it from. She’s a credit to the store. I hope this is sent to her and to her manager so she is recognised for the great work she does. Morris greeted us and spent as much time with us as we needed.

Excellent customer service by Arfan at the Slough branch, not pushy but always available when we had a question. He was helpful in explaining the background of our final choice of Tempur mattress and the Cool touch technology. He told us about the difference between other brands and ran us through the computerised body posture scanner to help us with our choices. Excellent sales/customer service attitude.

Morris was very good to find a suitable product for us based on understanding our needs and circumstances. He was very helpful to find us a suitable product that meets our delivery timeframe and our needs. We are very happy with his service and look forward to receiving our order on 12th July.
