Sales assistant was very polite, knowledgable and friendly.

Customer service was very good especially the attention we received from the salesperson in store. She was really patient and took time to explain different types of mattresses and offered us the best product we could get which was within our budget. Overall, the team were all friendly, would recommend Dreams at Slough.

The help and support from the sales assistance was great. He understood exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the products. It was a very pleasant experience.

Ash the assistant was very helpful as soon as we walked into the store. He had excellent product knowledge and was very keen to help. He offered us refreshments which we found very pleasing. On purchase of the product he explained all aspects clearly, concisely and dealt with the purchase very quickly and professionally. It was refreshing to deal with a person in a sales transactions who wasn't pushing us to complete the purchase. Instead he made sure we had all the information we needed to be completely happy with our product. He is a credit to the store and company.
