Dreams - Slough

From start to finish my whole shopping experience was very impressive. I was seen to straight away and was not kept waiting. The price I paid was very acceptable.

Received warm welcome. From the start all our queries were promptly answered backed by really high quality standards of service which is rare these days. The experience was really great. The assistant really looked after us. When we requested to see manager to pass on our feedback. We were astonished that we were served by the manager itself. Wow. Thanks for all your kind help. I was very impressed with the service we received from Dreams. We were served by a delightful assistant - Ash. He assessed what type of matress we needed and then was very patient with us when we realised a normal height bed was too high for us. He then gave us all the options and helped measure the beds. What impressed us was that he seemed to sense when we needed to be left alone to discuss our options between us. An excellent salesman who was very explicit about each item on our invoice.

Excellence customer service and the person who was dealing with us was very friendly and helpful, the staff was nice , as they gave my little toddler a balloon :)

I was given excellent service predominantly by Abdul and also by Humza on the day. He greeted me as I walked into the shop with a smile, he explained the store layout as it did look quite confusing and then surprisingly unlike staff in other retailers, he actually let me have a look around comfortably. He also offered me a drink which was a very kind gesture and even found my perfect pillow. I didn't know a pillow could make such a difference. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received at Dreams Slough store and would definetely purchase here again due to Abdul and Humza.
