The agent who served me needs special recognition, she was perfect. I had visited 3 of your competitors the same day and bought from dreams because of the sales agent. She provided coffee, explained the difference in products, listened to what I wanted, recommended and closed a sale with up selling items I had forgotten all about. I felt valued and the time spent with me was very well structured. She was personable, friendly and professional

The sales assistant Ash was more than helpful explaining in great details the benefits of each type of mattress and making sure we purchased a bed suitable for our needs. As a result if that we sent in our daughter the next day who needed a new bed and she placed another 2500.00 pound order. So with over 5000 pounds spent in 24 hours it shows how satisfied we were with the store

Staff very helpful and left us to browse at our leisure. We were offered tea or coffee which we thought was a nice gesture. Our delivery drivers Tyshan and Malang were efficient, courteous, pleasant and friendly also on time.

We were treated with utmost courtesy and patience by Ash (?), who put no pressure at all on us to take any particular product, but was always on hand to explain the features of every product and to answer our questions and queries.

On both visits someone asked whether we wanted help and then let us look round and were available when we had questions.
