On the first visit Ash was helpful showing the products that would meet our requirements. As I wanted to sleep on any decision and he would not be in the next day he asked a colleague to look after us if we came back the next day. Itesh who is the manager I believe took our order and was very helpful. If the delivery and products match the rest of our experience I will be very pleased.

The stop assistant was very helpful in identifying out budget and recommending something that was suitable.

We found (hopefully) a good mattress with the budget we had in mind and, the representative (Ash) who helped us through the whole search/purchase, did a great job by advising and giving us options that would suit our requirements. Employees like Ash surely makes your brand more successful. It's not only matter of having good products but, it's basic to have expert people who make you believe in what they sell as much as they do.

We were welcomed by Ivan. He was very helpful and offered us coffee. We liked the fact he was able to provide us with all the information we needed quickly and give us nice options (colour etc.) We left buying exactly what we needed.

My Husband and I found the whole experience of shopping for our new bed and mattress very relaxing , no pressure put upon us to buy , the assistant was very professional and friendly.
