Staff were very helpful and polite . They did not try to pressure us into looking at anything we did not want to . Morris was very informative and helpful

I visited the store at peak time between 1-4pm and had to wait for a terminal to be made available to take my order. However, as soon as one was available, the whole process from start to finish took just 15 minutes.

I was looking bed in different different store but wasn't satisfied , then I call a dreams store 7 pm. They still open I went there that staff welcome me , and find my bed just within 10 minutes .

All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were given ample time to try mattresses and the staff members took the time to find out what we wanted and we're able to advise well. The mattress we wanted to buy was out of our price range and also out of stock. The staff went out of their way to enable us to take the one from the shop floor, gave us a discount and a free mattress protector as it had been tried out in store for a few weeks. We were really impressed with their knowledge, their helpfulness and how they served us. We have already recommended Dreams to friends of ours who are needing a new bed.

We were served by sales assistance Morris. He was very knowledgeable and specific to answer our questions. He understood our requirements quickly and then shown all the available options in the store. The information given ti us was comprehensive and to the point. We enjoyed shopping with Dreams during our visit and hopefully will do more in near future.

On arrival was greeted by salesperson Peter and he asked what product I was after and informing my requirements and price range he took me over to show me exactly what was required and went through different product merits and advised me of what would be best in product I was after. As I had budget in mind I had choice of three products I could choose from. He left me to decide before he approached me to let him know of my choice. The was no pushy sales to buy above my need/ price which I liked. As that would made me walk away. Highly satisfied and would use the same store again. Well done to Peter

An excellently service with such a nice team in the Slough store. They put the needs of the customer first.

I was greeted on entering the store. Was asked for my specification and was listened to. Good explanation given of products that matched my requirements. Able to deliver in a timescale and on a day that suited me.

Morris a sales person was very helpful in demonstrating the product also he was well experience in his work
