I visited the store a twice and had the pleasure of receiving my service from Ash, Abdul & Katie. The service that I received way excellent. Not only did they great us in a polite and friendly manor they also provided us with product and store layout information which helped our experience greatly. During my experience with these representatives I felt comfortable and felt as though they had my best interests at heart. They were very patient with me and I never felt rushed during the selection and purchase of my bed. I am hugely satisfied with the service I received from these members of staff.

We were greeting friendly by your sales personal upon arrival explained what we were looking for Ash the sales man offered us tea or coffee showed us the bed we wanted to look at we were very satisfied

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Dreams. This is because the staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable. They know their products very well and don't try to sell you something just for the saking of selling it. They take their time to understand your needs before they start recommending which bed may be suitable. I have bought 3 beds from them in the past 3yrs and no one has managed to beat their prices. Their quality is amazing and have new designs coming in all the time. The best thing was their aftercare. The drivers are very polite and professional. They assembled the bed within minutes with every care taken not to scratch walls and wore shoe covers.
