Dreams - Slough

I went to the slough branch, I was welcomed by a salesperson called ash, he firstly said he will let us shop around and see what we liked then said to come to him if we needed any more information on products. After 30 minutes we asked him for advice . Our budget was £750 for a bed and mattress but we ended up spending nearly £2700, not forced but willingly, he showed us the products that met our needs and budget but his expertise knowledge we decided to basically but the best . Me and my wife had only got married 2 days prior to our visit and our experience was so fantastic we spent nearly 3 hours choosing a bed, a mattress , duvet, pillows and bed and mattress insurance. We cannot wait for our bed and we feel ash from dreams slough gave us a wonderful experience we could imagine . First time I have ever taken time out to fill out a survey but deservingly we had to praise ash and slough branch for giving us an insight on why a strong mattress is important for our spines and wellbeing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient

The assistant Abdul ; Cippenham branch was helpful , knowledgeable and friendly. We were both offered a hot beverage and allowed to lie in the beds to try them out

As soon as we walked we were greeted and once we have selected the bed frame Movin came over and helped us find the prefect mattress, his knowledge of memory foam mattresses was very good and he explained what type of mattress would be best. After we selected both frame and mattress he went through the order process and explained the offers I.e. 8 year guarantee with a free protector etc. Overall movin was very patient, friendly and helpful through out

The sales assistant Hemal was extremely helpful. He listened to what our requirements were and helped us find what we were looking for within our budget without rushing us. We felt very comfortable and not pushed at all.

Having visited this store five years ago we vowed never to return as the service was atrocious and this put us off. We cancelled our order before my wife and I left the store. Today we returned somewhat dubious about the reception we would get this time but were hoping we would get better service, and it was superb to say the least. Katie was delightful and very helpful and knowledgeable. We were also offered tea or coffee on our arrival by her colleague, which was very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we must have spent a good hour in the showroom. Having a rough idea of what we wanted she gave us a good understanding of what was available for our needs without any hard sell or clock watching. From now on I will wholeheartedly recommend Dreams in Slough and send friends and family over there as I know they will get a warm welcome and excellent service. We will be needing another bed very soon and Katie will definitely be our first port of call. Credit where credit is due. Many thanks.
