Dreams - Slough

I arrived 5 mins before closing and expected to be told sorry we’re closed. However the young lady was standing at the door and welcomed me in. She asked if she could help me and I said that I was looking for a headboard. She showed me the display and when I told her that I ideally wanted to take one away with me she showed me the ones on sale. There was only a few on show but one I liked the look of. She was very patient whilst I called my husband to ask him to send me a picture of the base of my bed so I could match the colour. She checked out back for alternative colours but I decided that the one on display was the one I wanted. She and another assistant helped me load it in my car. She locked up approximately 20mins late and wished me a nice weekend. I have never left a review or completed surveys but the service was great and to top it the headboard was 60% discount. Thank you to the young lady and man

We were welcomed by Morris when we arrived in store, he asked us about our requirements and explained the layout of the store and left us to browse, the sales wasnt pushy at all and he came to check in with us at appropriate periods explaining the items we liked and linking these to our desired requirements. Morris helped us to pick an appropriate mattress and was really helpful throughout our visit offering us refreshments and making the process as simple as possible. We felt confident about ths dreams brand and this visit didn't disappoint. We look forward to receiving our new bed!

We liked the experience of the bed at the beginning to work out what would be suitable. We may not have even tried it had it not been for Melissa, whose approach was perfect. She was there whenever we needed her but disappeared when we were trying the beds and talking.

We were greeted at the entrance by Morris, given we don't go in bed shops very often this put us at ease straight away. We hand sanitised and Morris outlines your commitment to the COVID guidance and ensuring safety at all times. We then went over to the bed machine, then the bed options and then finally the payment. The total time spent in the shop would have been c. 30 minutes. Morris offered us refreshments throughout and his knowledge and passion for his profession was noticeable.

The sales assistant that helped me was cheerful, friendly, knowledgable and patient. She took the time to chat to me, my dad and teenage son to ensure that we were happy with the product we chose and the price we paid. She was fantastic!
